Refund Policy

Refunds Are Handled by Apple and Google
The Pie Lab is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. The Pie Lab does not process refunds on our side — we never see your payment information, and the app stores don't give us the ability to issue refunds.
If you want a refund, you'll need to request it through the store where you bought the app.
Requesting a Refund from Apple
If you purchased Pro through the Apple App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find The Pie Lab in your purchase history, and follow the prompts to request a refund. For detailed instructions, see Apple's support article.
Requesting a Refund from Google Play
If you purchased Pro through Google Play, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, and go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. Find The Pie Lab and tap “Request a refund.” Automatic refunds are available for purchases made within the last 48 hours; older purchases may require contacting Google support. For detailed instructions, see Google Play's support article.
After a Refund
Once Apple or Google processes your refund, your Pro entitlement is removed and the app returns to free-tier access on your device. Your journal entries, bake history, kitchen profile, and every other piece of locally stored data are preserved — refunds do not delete your data.
